COOKIE MOON Doggie Wash provides your dog with a safe, gentle, non-irritating shampoo experience. We use natural and organic
ingredients without artificial colors or dyes. Our dog shampoo does not incorporate harsh ingredients such as sulfates, parabens,
DEA's, MEA's etc... COOKIE MOON Doggie Wash is made using Decyl Polyglucose as our cleansing agent. Decyl Polyglucose is extremely
gentle, fully biodegradable and derived truly from corn, glucose and starch. Many shampoo companies will label their surfactant
(cleanser) as coconut derived or coconut based which is another way to say sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate derived. Sulfates are
chemicals used in many of the shampoos on the market today and can also be found in products that strip paint off the walls or in
products that clean the grease off engine parts. YUCK! The ingredients in COOKIE MOON are far superior than the shampoo us
humans use on a daily basis. Go ahead check your labels!

Can I use COOKIE MOON shampoos & sprays?
Absolutely! Our shampoos and sprays were rubbed, scrubbed, loofahed, washed and sprayed first on humans and is perfectly safe to
use on yourself. So go ahead and use some..I'm sure your doggie would be okay with sharing their spa products with you. Plus being
your best friend and all..your secret is safe!
Ingredients for Doggie Wash?
Purified water, decyl polyglucose (soaping agent made from corn, glucose and starch), infusion of organic herbs, botanical extracts,
organic sweet almond oil, organic apple cider vinegar, organic aloe vera, xanthan gum (natural thickener),fragrance oil.
Ingredients for Doggie Splash?
Purified water, vodka, organic sweet almond oil, organic aloe vera, vegetable glycerin, botanical extract, fragrance oil.
What is the best way to wash my doggie?
Our recipe for a clean doggie: WET, WASH, RINSE...LOVE

Always start with a little scratch and kiss, then gently begin brushing your doggies coat. If necessary, use a comb to remove any
matting. Begin wetting your doggie; be careful to avoid getting water in the eyes, ears and nose. Apply COOKIE MOON Doggie Wash
and begin working in the wash from the top of the head to the tip of the tail, add more water, a little more rub-a-dub-dub and then
rinse it off. If super dirty, a 2nd wash is recommended.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final except for defective products. Please report problems or defects within 72 hours of receipt. If you purchased
COOKIE MOON products from a retail store, you must return the item to the store from which it was purchased. Shipping fees are
non-refundable. To return your product please contact us for a return authorization number. We will e-mail you with instructions on
how to return your product to us. Once we have received your product we will then issue you a refund via company check. We do
not pay for return shipping charges. If however, your product was defective or was a mistake on our part we will gladly pay your
return shipping charges.

When will my order ship?
Every product will usually ship within 2-3 working days. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order has shipped. We
currently do not ship to international locations.
What are my shipping choices?
We ship using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days), FedEx Ground (2-5 days) or FedEx Overnight . FedEx Overnight will be charged a flat-rate
of $30.00 and is shipped using standard afternoon delivery. No overnight shipping available on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or
Puerto Rico.
